Location: on the West Coast (preferably
Salinas or Gilroy, California) or on the East Coast
(preferably Florida).
As a Product Manager. Peppers you will
develop and implement the operational and tactical marketing
plans for the designated crop. This critical role will
support Product Business Management with pricing and product
positioning; implement advertising, trade shows and other
marketing initiatives; support the sales by providing technical
knowledge, variety information, and market trends; and be the
resident expert in the field as it relates to products in the
field and tactical marketing support.
Qualified candidates must possess
a Bachelors degree in marketing or related field and five years
comparable experience. Agricultural based marketing experience
is desirable along with knowledge of the vegetables seed
industry and breeding/research technologies.
