Our European Seeds, Traits, Healthy Oils and new businesses
department is looking for a
Business Development Leader,
Oilseed Rape and Sunflower Healthy Oils
This position has the flexibility
to be based at one of our offices in UK, France or Germany.
Your mission:
You will
be responsible for leading the evaluation, development and
implementation of the Healthy Oils and Oilseeds Business for
Europe. This will involve managing the Omega 9 winter &
spring oilseed rape seed project and the OSR and Sunflower
Healthy Oils business for Europe. The role will also include
responsibilities within the growing corn seed and trait
business in specific Northern European countries including
the UK, Germany and Hungary.
You will be in charge of evaluating exciting new growth
opportunities, building business models, creating demand and
developing new businesses in Europe.
This position requires frequent
international traveling.
Your profile:
Educated
to an Engineering degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business
or related field, you have a minimum of 5 years of
experience in the oilseed rape seed market and/or the food
oils industry. You speak fluent English. Another European
language would be a plus.
You will have strong marketing and business skills.
The ability to lead and work in teams, excellent
communication skills, flexibility and dynamism will be
needed to join an international growth oriented company.
