Magazine and currently we seek motivated ISO ASSOCIATES at our
Huxley, Iowa and Thomasboro, Illinois sites.
In this role the candidates will
will be a source for North America breeding technology sites to
understand quality management and assist in becoming ISO
certified. The candidates will work with teams at North America
Breeding Technology sites to identify processes and develop
standard operating procedures (SOP's) or Best Practice Documents
(BPD's) and will audit functions at the sites and provide
feedback to the site teams. Additionally, the candidates will
work closely with the quality management team to increase
communication and leverage quality control and safety
initiatives, work with the site team to assure regulatory
guidelines are in place and perform GAP analyses. These
candidates will also provide or facilitate training when
necessary.
The successful candidate will possess:

BS degree
in Agriculture or related field

Excellent
organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent
written and verbal communication skills

Ability
to understand and implement ISO and ESH policies
-
Experience working at a breeding site is desirable
