Harris Moran has an opening for a self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is looking for an opportunity to excel in the seed industry as a Sales Representative, servicing the Central Coast of California from Watsonville through Camarillo.

The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Reaching sales goals through the dealer network.

• Directing research and commercial sales efforts through trialing of new and commercial products with dealers and growers.

• Product Development will be a necessary job component.

• Communicating market information to the organization.

Qualifications:

• BS in Agriculture or related discipline.

• 3 – 5 years experience in vegetable seed sales preferred.

Skills required:

• Proven track record of excellent relationships with costal dealers and produce organizations.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with all functional departments.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office systems.Harris Moran is an "at will" employer.
