Manager, Sales & Marketing (North & South)
The Rasi Seeds, a leading Bt cotton, cereals and oil Seed
Company is expanding their vegetable seed business in India and
Asia. Vegetable Division of Rasi seeds will locate their main R
& D facilities at Bangalore, near Delhi and Kullu, Sales and
marketing in all potential areas of vegetable growing,
Operational centers in Bangalore and Gurgaon and Production
locations throughout India based on crop need and agro-climatic
zones. Vegetable division which is being managed by experience
seed professionals will provide unique opportunities to
experience professional from seed sector to enhance their
professional and financial growth.

Position: General Manager, Sales & Marketing (North &
South)Location:
Gurgaon & Bangalore
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement M&S
strategies of the company
• Develop annual sales plan and realize thru RM’s and AM’s
• Develop and organize dealer and distributor network thru
M&S teams
• Achieving sales Targets.
• Maintaining high sales with profitability
• Develop and maintain customer relationship with dealers
and farmers
• Communicating market information to the organization.
• Collect and maintain sale data of each crop in the country
• Crop wise positioning of the company’s product in high
sales potential areas
Educational Qualifications
and experience
• B.Sc/M.Sc/ MBA in
Agriculture or related discipline.
• More than 10 years experience in vegetable seed sales is
must
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned
territory.
Skills required
• Proven track record of
excellent relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to
effectively interact with all functional departments.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office systems
