To further strenghthen the very good development of our business in Americas we are looking for a

Regional Sales Manager for South & Central America.

Mission

• Formulate and, implement the M&S strategy in the area within the Nunhems strategy in line with the crop team approach in order to ensure profitability and a long term expansion within the area.

• Guide and manage the process of building and developing the organization in new countries and developing markets providing the leadership and coordination needed.

Major Accountabilities

• Regional business plan and country marketing plans:

• Sales budget/Investment.

• Area development, continuity and integration:

• Manage, direct, and coordinate, the personnel flow and development within the area.

• Development of business and infrastructure in new areas and support to divisions:

• Country Compliance Officer

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in business administration/agriculture:

• Experience in international agricultural industry, preferably vegetable seeds.

• High level of knowledge about structures, procedures and strategies;

• High level of social versatility: Style of management should be “coaching

• Competencies: Entrepreneurship, organizing:

• Fluent both in English and Spanish.

Working conditions

• Frequent international travel.

• Office base in a country within the region, preferably in Brazil.
