Work at NRC for Soybean
I have completed molecular screening of salt tolerant and susceptible soybean genotypes using SSR markers, Molecular screening of Indian soybean varieties and some mutation lines through microsatellite markers (STMS) and worked on gene tagging and mapping for Yellow Mosaic Virus through Bulk Segregation Analysis (BSA). Characterization of wild relatives of soybean by microsatellite markers and molecular characterization of soybean germplasm collected from U.S.A., China, Japan, Taiwan and India (manuscript under preparation) in molecular biology laboratory at National Research Centre of Soybean, Indore, M. P. INDIA.

Work at NBPGR
Earlier I worked as Research Associate at National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources New Delhi. I was involved in micro-propagation and In-vitro conservation of temperate (Apple, Peach, Plum), under utilized fruits (Aegel marmelos, Zizyphus mauritiana and Punica granetum) and tropical aroids (Alocasia, Collocasia and Xanthosoma sp.).
