sequence-alignments and analysis of genomic sequences,
knowledge of using programs and search tools like CLUSTAL W,
BLAST, etc.
Word-processing and graphic analysis using adobe
photoshop, experience with scientific data and image
analyzing programs.

Industrial Experience:
Since February 2006 onwards, working as Research Associate
in Custom Services, R & D Group, Bangalore Genei and engaged
in customised project like development of molecular markers,
transposon based sequencing of large DNA fragment, cloning
vectors, Knockout gene construct, In-vitro mutagenesis,
synthetic gene and identification of microbes based on 16S
rDNA. Meeting customers and generate business are major
responsibilities.

Research Associate/Senior Research Fellow at National
Research Centre on Plant Biotechnology, Indian Agricultural
Research Institute, New Delhi, India.
