AgriBioTech has completed the acquisition of J&M Seed Company

AgriBioTech, Inc.  announced today that it has completed the acquisition of J&M Seed Company ("J&M") with annual revenues of approximately $8.8 million. AgriBioTech paid approximately $1.76 million in cash and 108,308 shares of AgriBioTech connnon stock with an estimated value of approximately $1.76 million based on stock prices at the time terms were agreed to. J&M has facilities in London and Moorehead, Kentucky and specializes in the distribution of forage seeds (approximately 80%), turfgrass seeds (approximately 10%) and ancillary products (approximately 10%) in eastern Kentucky, West Virginia and the northern part of Tennessee. Mike Rudder, former owner, and Billy Little have signed five year employment agreements. The Company believes that this acquisition is an excellent complement to the existing distribution base in the region. and Oseco, Inc.
