Prior to taking up his new position Ralph had a dual role within the Floranova Group as Marketing Manager for Elite Seeds (the UK Grower Division of Floranova) and as Marketing Services Manager for Floranova with responsibility for promotional, publicity and photographic requirements.

In his new role of Group Marketing Manager Ralph will concentrate on group marketing strategy, brand development, press and public relations and coordination of product introduction.

Floranova, founded in 1978, is a bedding and pot plant breeding, seed production and international wholesale company. Floranova is particularly well known for innovative breeding and introduction of Pelargonium, Salvia, Nicotiana and Viola and is the only large commercial breeder of bedding and pot plants in the UK. The company provides a regular flow of new and unusual products to both the professional and amateur sectors of the market. The company employs around 90 staff in its offices in the UK, Costa Rica, Chicago, California, France, Italy and Denmark.
