Pieter van Kesteren becomes Managing Director of Sunseeds

Henk Lange, CEO of Nunza B.V. and Chairman of Sunseeds Company, annnounced today that David Atkinson, President and CEO of the Sunseeds Company, has resigned from the company. Mr. Atkinson has been with Sunseeds for four years and has been a key factor in leading the transformation of Sunseeds into a prominent hybrid vegetable seed company, with presence in the
Americas, Europe and Asia.

Effective today Pieter van Kesteren will become the Managing Director of Sunseeds. Mr. van Kesteren has had a long and very successful career in the international vegetable seed industry, both in Europe and the Americas. During the last twenty years he has worked and lived in the USA, where he is
well known in the vegetable seed industry.

Nunza and Sunseeds are pleased that Mr. van Kesteren will be involved in the further integration of Sunseeds within the Nunza group of companies and will ensure that Sunseeds continues to develop the very best varieties for its customers.

Mr. Lange expressed his confidence that the highly qualified staff, product lines, genepools and biotechnologies of Sunseeds and the other Nunza companies, will further position the Nunza group into a leading international hybrid vegetable seed company.
