for Experimental Biology and the Association of Applied
Biologists are delighted to announce a new journal.
Plant Biotechnology Journal
will publish research articles in applied plant science,
involving the application of plant biotechnology and plant
biology across all sectors. Plant Biotechnology Journal will
cover the following topics:
- gene and genome analysis of useful genes;
- post-transformation analysis of transgenic and
non-transgenic plants;
- structural genomics of crop species;
- functional genomics - including bioinformatics,
transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and marker assisted
breeding;
- comparative genomics studies;
- physiological studies;
- commercialisation of modified crops, field trial analysis,
safety and regulatory affairs
Issue One will publish January 2003.
