Prior to joining Pickseed, Rob was Chief Financial Officer at Cuddy International Corporation, a world leader in the turkey industry. Before Cuddy he was Vice President-Marketing Finance at Molson Breweries.

Rob’s appointment is consistent with Pickseed’s strategy to adopt a professional management approach within its business units, recognizing both the growth that the Group has experienced, the significant changes being experienced in the forage and turf sectors of the seed industry, and future corporate development opportunities.

Rob is married to Lisa and they have three children. Family, business and a musical interest are significant in his life. He still maintains an enviable single digit golf handicap – and is cognizant of the grass under his feet.
