(ZERAIM) and Incotec Holding
B.V. (INCOTEC) have announced that a long-term cooperation
agreement was signed between them during November 2004.
According to the agreement ZERAIM will establish an advanced
seed treatment unit in Israel and implement INCOTEC technologies
and products on its seeds as well as offer certain technologies
as a service to other clients in Israel. Zeraim will become
INCOTEC’s exclusive representative in Israel and serve as its
regional service-centre.
ZERAIM Gedera, with headquarters in Israel, is one of the
leading vegetable breeding companies in Israel and is offering
its high quality seeds to growers all over the world through its
subsidiaries in Spain and Hong-Kong and its offices in Turkey,
China and Thailand.
INCOTEC, with headquarters in the Netherlands, is world-wide
leader in coating and seed technology serving the vegetable,
ornamental and agronomic seed business and has activities in the
USA, the Netherlands, Brazil, Japan, India and Australia.
The President and CEO of ZERAIM Gedera Ltd., Mr. Ohad Zuckerman
