Germain’s Technology Group,
King’s Lynn, U.K., and Seed Solutions, Carrum Down, Victoria,
Australia, are delighted to announce that a seed technology
licensing agreement was concluded between them earlier this
week. The technology licence from Germain’s Technology Group
will enable Seed Solutions to provide custom coating products
and services, as well as to supply seed coating polymers and
powder coatings for wider use by the Australian seed industry.
In addition, Germain’s Technology Group will provide training
and ongoing technical support to enable Seed Solutions to
produce the quality of seed enhancement services demanded by
seed industry, growers and farmers.
The new venture was presented to invited guests at the official
inauguration of Seed Solutions’ new premises on 18th
February 2004.
Chris Fraser, General Manager of Seed Solutions commented:

partnership which gives us ongoing access to Research and
Development and leading edge seed technologies.”
Offering his view on this new venture, Mr Paul Ayres, CEO of
