Recently, STA Laboratories began delivering Certificate of Analysis via e-mail to international clients.  Inconsistent delivery of certificates by FAX was creating operation delays for our clients and often certificates were unreadable.  STA’s Information Technology Team implemented a secure transfer of Certificates to international clients in early December.

“The electronic transfer of information is a goal of STA Laboratories.”  Says, Darrell Maddox, President.  “This was our logical next step in providing excellent customer care.  Very soon, we will also have order forms available online as well as a secure means to have clients check on the progress of their samples.” 

The electronic transfer of Certificates of Analysis is currently available to our Preferred Contract Clients and is also available for samples submitted for PRIORITY (RUSH) service.
