Pieter van Kesteren, the current CEO of Nunza,
will retire by the end of February 2005
Douwe Zijp

currently CFO of Nunza B.V.,
has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the
Board of Management of Nunza B.V. effective October 1, 2004. He
succeeds Pieter van Kesteren who will retire by the end of
February 2005 after six years of valuable service to Nunza. In
the period between October 2004 and February 2005, Pieter van
Kesteren will support Douwe Zijp in the transition.
Douwe Zijp was
born in Groningen, the Netherlands on August 24, 1956. He
studied Business Administration at Groningen. He
started his career at the Nederlandse Gasunie in 1980 and joined
the agricultural industry in 1990, holding various senior
management positions within Schering Netherlands, later AgrEvo
Benelux and in the AgrEvo Headquarters. In 1998 Douwe Zijp
joined Nunza, first as Corporate Controller and from 2001
onwards as CFO of Nunza.
