Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 17 cents per share. The dividend is for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2005 and payable on Oct. 28, 2005, to shareowners of record on Oct. 7, 2005.
