AGROTAIN International LLC and Philom Bios Inc. wish to advise their joint customers of their intention to conclude the exclusive marketing agreement for sale of AGROTAIN products in Canada. Under the term of this
agreement, Philom Bios will continue to hold exclusive marketing and sales rights up to December 31, 2006 with provision for a further ten months past that date of nonexclusive sales rights.
