Astec
President, Mr. Herman ter Haar, is pleased to announce that Dr.
Samuel Fletcher has accepted the position of Project Manager for
Astec Global. Dr. Fletcher is a graduate of the University of
Wyoming and completed his post graduate work at the Arizona
State University.
Dr. Fletcher’s dissertation research involved the
regulation of genetically engineered protein expression in
plants to achieve cost-effective levels for pharmaceutical and
other applications. He has produced eight international
publications, six international abstracts, and was awarded one
genetic modification patent.
Dr. Fletcher’s home office will be located at
Astec’s production facilities in Sheridan, Wyoming, U.S.A.
However, he will work extensively with research projects at
Astec Global’s offices in South Africa, Thailand, and The
Netherlands. |
