Germain's
Technology Group is pleased to
announce that it has further strengthened the capabilities of
its worldwide research and development organisation.
Dr. Vincent Sewalt was appointed Manager of the Technical
Services group for Germain’s Technology Group, North America.
Originally trained in animal and plant sciences at Wageningen
Agricultural University in the Netherlands and Virginia
Polytechnic Institute & State University, he has held
international research positions in academic / non-profit
institutions (Wageningen Agricultural University, The
Netherlands, and The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation, Oklahoma),
government (Agriculture and Agri-Foods Canada), as well as
technical management positions in industry with Pioneer Hi-Bred
International and Kemin AgriFoods North America, both in Des
Moines, Iowa. Dr Sewalt has a wealth of experience in hands-on
management of plant research, quality and regulatory affairs
functions, production support, and lab-based customer services.
