Hoegemeyer Hybrids hires agronomist Ryan Spurgeon

Sales specialist and crop expert Ryan Spurgeon was recently named Sales Agronomist for the eastern division of Hoegemeyer Hybrids.

Spurgeon, who will be based in Elkhorn, will spend much of his time in the field with Hoegemeyer’s district sales managers and clients.  Spurgeon will also be responsible for implementing a product information program designed to provide prospective clients with information relating to increased production.

Spurgeon is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in agronomy.  He grew up in the Creston, Iowa area and worked for Servi-Tech as a crop scout in Nebraska, later returning to Iowa with Treynor Ag Supply.

Hoegemeyer Hybrids was formed in 1937 and is committed to the development of industry-leading genetics.
