Rotary pelleting: a revolutionary new technology

.

Example of rotary pelleting installation, type 19003.007

Enkhuizen, The Netherlands
April 11, 2007

Seed Processing Holland has already many years of experience in manufacturing seed pelleting equipment.

The delivery program includes the traditional pelleting pans, powder dosing units, liquid dosing units, calibrating (sizing) machines and dryers.

Now a revolutionary development is available for you: the rotational pelleting of seeds.

The system is based on the rotational shaping of pellets out of seed. We used our film coating principle, where the seeds are also treated in a rotational way.

A special system has been designed. By means of liquid(s) and pelleting powder(s) a considerable number of pellets can be made in a very short time. The batch time is between 30 and 120 minutes.

Some models are designed for research purposes, others for commercial production. You can select manual or automatic pelleting.

We offer several options or the complete process, including calibrating and drying.

The following models are available:

Machine type Semi-automatic / automatic Content pelleting room in dm3 (gallon) Capacity per batch
(depending on pellet diameter)
9105.00.00 Semi-automatic 2,5 (0,65 gallon) 45.000 – 150.000
