During the last months of 2005 the
Franken Agri & Seed activities have been acquired by
Hoopman equipment & engineering b.v.
Franken has, since their inception in 1892, developed many
innovative technologies regarding the cleaning, sorting,
calibrating and upgrading of grains in the seed-, food- and
feedbusiness.
The Hoopman Group is very pleased to be able to grow its seed
and grain related business, as well as consolidate the Franken
Agri & Seed business. By combining the expertise of both
companies a stronger position in this sector will be secured.
This acquisition will also ensure after sales service by seed &
grain processing experts of the Franken equipment supplied to
you in the past. |
