Columbia Machine announces a New
Controls Package that will be included with all floor level and
high level palletizers; making the complete line of palletizing
solutions even easier to operate. The New Controls Package comes
standard with an Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC, PanelView Plus
600 Color Touch Screen and Columbia’s Product Manager.
The addition of the New Controls Package makes for an extremely
user friendly interface helping to increase palletizer up-time
and productivity. The new touch screen on the HMI makes pattern
additions and modifications, adjustment of PLC timers and VFD
speeds, storing up to 100 case patterns – including mixed loads,
and detailed alarm data extremely easy to use.
This is the most advanced and user friendly controls package
available for palletizers today! This package provides simpler
and faster start-ups with the easy to use touch screen and a
flash memory port that provides easy exchange of programs. Also
included are built-in production and down-time reports to
communicate production history, current status and much more
data.
