Zeraim Gedera introduces new pepper segments in European supermarkets

.

Gedera, Israel
February, 2007

Have you ever thought of conic, curly or accordion-like pepper shapes?

These are just some of the new pepper varieties that Zeraim Gedera has launched at the end of January. These new varieties come in different shapes and sizes such as small-fruited bell, elongated and conical and answer the needs of a global palate.

As a company that is engaged in high quality hybrid vegetables varieties around the world, one of Zeraim Gedera’s breeding focus is the Californian type peppers with sizes ranging from small to extra-large and vary in colors.

Another new range includes the sweet Capia pepper that is very popular in Eastern Europe and is perfect for cooking or eating fresh, the Dolma pepper which gives a great taste of Turkey where it is used as a stuffed vegetable and the light-green Charliston and Sivri varieties which deliver the unusual and delicate taste that the European consumer is looking for.

Bon Appetit! from Zeraim Gedera.
