 Mississippi State University in Starkville Mississippi has
named Kyle W. Rushing recipient of The 2007 College of
Agriculture and Life Science Alumni of the Year Award.
The Alumni Association's College Alumni of the Year program
recognizes alumni who have made a significant contribution
to human or institutional progress in which a situation,
institution or movement has been materially changed for the
better because of their participation. The award recognizes
the achievements of outstanding alumni whose personal lives,
professional accomplishments and community service best
exemplify the mission of Mississippi State University.
Kyle was honored along with other alumni at the annual
Alumni Association Awards Banquet on Friday, January 26, in
the Bost Extension Center auditorium on campus.
Kyle received his B.S., Seed Technology/Agronomy in 1966 and
M.S., Seed Technology/Agronomy in 1968. Kyle is Vice
President of Integrated Product Development at
INCOTEC in
Salinas, California where he directs seed technology
development for North America. |
