This is an UNOFFICIAL
translation of China’s Ag GMO implementation measures as
issued by the Ministry of Agriculture in Decrees 8, 9 and
10. These measures were modified slightly in 2004 and this
report is an updated version of the previous report (CH2002)
that reflects the modifications.
