BASF Aktiengesellschaft today published its 2006 reports, which comprise a Corporate Report and a Financial Report. Titled "Shaping the Future," the Corporate Report describes how BASF combines economic success with environmental protection and social responsibility. The Financial Report contains BASF’s consolidated financial statements for 2006 as well as a compensation report that outlines the main principles of the compensation system for the Board of Executive Directors. It also discloses the amount and structure of the compensation for each individual Board member.
