Excalibre™, produced by the makers
of America’s Best Inoculant™ (ABI), recently accomplished
another first. The most technologically advanced soybean
inoculant now has a 120-day post-application planting window.
Excalibre is the only 120-day Bradyrhizobia and encapsulated
soybean inoculant available to date. Excalibre was introduced to
the industry in January 2006 with a 60-day, post-application
planting window. In September, Excalibre announced it was at a
90-day post-application planting window.
“This new milestone of 120-days is important for seed companies
and dealers,” said Dan Custis, president of
Advance Biological Marketing.
“They now will be able to inoculant the soybean seed without
changing their process internally, and still provide a long
planting window to their customers.”
Excalibre, a new patent-pending technology, is the first in
agriculture and is on the cutting edge of genetics. It is
uniquely different from all other inoculants because it offers a
2-year shelf life and extended post-application planting window.
Excalibre is a soybean seed inoculant that has been developed
and proven effective by the best scientists in Bradyrhizobia
genetics. It offers a safe, easy-to-use way to significantly
increase crop yields by up to 4.4 bushels an acre. Excalibre
contains a unique proprietary blend of three highly effective
strains of bacteria that work effectively in variable soil and
planting conditions.
Because of Excalibre’s formulation, soybeans can be inoculated
120 days in advance and available for customers when they need
the product. The shelf life also gives farmers extra time to
plant.
“America’s Best Inoculant has been proven to increase soybean
yield up to 5 bu/acre,” said Custis. “Excalibre is simply an
encapsulated form of America’s Best Inoculant and continues to
provide farmers results.”
