Syngenta announced today the successful issue of a CHF 500
million domestic bond with five years maturity. The proceeds of
the bond will be used for general funding purposes as well as
further optimization of the balance sheet.
John Ramsay, CFO, said "The strong demand for Syngenta's credit
in a highly challenging market environment is a reflection of
the company's financial strength. The successful execution of
this transaction will allow us to decrease our average funding
costs".

Syngenta hat heute die
erfolgreiche Platzierung einer Schweizerfranken-Inlandsanleihe
im Wert von CHF 500 Millionen und mit einer Laufzeit von fünf
Jahren bekannt gegeben. Der Mittelzufluss aus der Emission wird
für allgemeine Finanzierungszwecke sowie für die weitere
Optimierung der Bilanzstruktur verwendet.

unsere Anleihe ist in einem sehr herausfordernden Marktumfeld

Syngenta a annoncé aujourd’hui
l’émission réussie d’une obligation domestique pour un montant
de CHF 500 millions avec une échéance à cinq ans. Les fonds
récoltés avec cette obligation serviront à des fins générales de
financement ainsi qu’à la poursuite de l’optimisation du bilan.
