Report Highlights
India's planting seed
imports during the first nine months of the Indian fiscal
year (IFY) 2006/07 (April/Dec) are estimated at $41.4
million, more than 70 percent higher than imports during the
corresponding period last year. Imports from the United
States increased to $4.4 million, about 55 percent higher
than last year.
