BioWorks announces expanded label for MilStop broad spectrum foliar fungicide

BioWorks Inc. announces that MilStop Broad Spectrum Foliar Fungicide received approval for expanded crops and usage.

The following label changes were approved:

  • Low rate reduced – greenhouse use: 1.25 lb/acre; field use 2.0 lb/acre
  • User friendly rates - pounds/100 gallons and a small volume application rate chart
  • Low volume sprayer use rates and instructions
  • PreHarvest Interval (0 – day) specified
  • More crops added: Begonia, Clematis, Daylily, Fir, Gerbera daisy, India Hawthorn, Photinia, Spruce, Ginseng, Tobacco 
  • Additional diseases added:
    Ornamental - Downy mildew, Monilinia fruit and blossom rot, Penicillium spp., and Rust.
    Agriculture – Cercospora leaf spot, Fly speck, Monilinia fruit and blossom rot, Penicillium spp., Phomopsis blight, Scab, and Septoria leaf spot

MilStop is a foliar-applied contact fungicide that works well in an integrated program with BioWorks’ biofungicides PlantShield® HC and RootShield® Granules, as well as all other commonly used fungicides. MilStop has a 1-hour REI, built-in surfactants and is conveniently packaged in 5 pound and 25 pound plastic buckets. MilStop is a very costeffective product to cure and prevent Powdery Mildew, as well as prevent many other foliar diseases.
