BioWorks’ Dr. Chris Hayes assumes Sales and Technical Service responsibilities for Southeast and MidAtlantic states

BioWorks Inc. announces that Chris Hayes, Ph.D., will relocate to Florida and be responsible for the sales, promotion and technical support of the BioWorks horticultural product lines in the southeast and mid-Atlantic states, along with being the new Horticulture Product Specialist.

Dr. Hayes has been with the company almost since BioWorks inception eleven years ago and has held various positions including Director of R&D and Director of Technical Services. He was a member of the team at Cornell University that developed the biocontrol technology found in RootShield® Granules and PlantShield® HC; products being offered by BioWorks. Dr. Hayes has traveled the country giving presentations to growers on the value of using biopesticides as alternatives to grow healthy, profitable plants. Dr. Hayes’ primary new responsibilities for BioWorks will be to work closely with growers in the Southeast and Midatlantic states supporting and promoting the sales of RootShield® Granules, PlantShield® HC, MilStop® and NemaShield™ as
environmentally responsible, safe and cost-effective solutions.
