As part of
HeinzSeed's continuing efforts to improve and energize our
global seed business, Claudio Leggieri will assume the position
of Regional Sales Manager – Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In
his role, Claudio will be responsible for the promotion and sale
of HeinzSeed hybrid tomato varieties throughout this territory.
Working closely with our established seed dealers and direct
sale customers, Claudio will help to raise our regional presence
while enhancing forecasting, ordering and inventory management.
He will also be responsible for the co-ordination of new product
testing and introduction as well as the timely dissemination of
technical knowledge on growing, handling and processing the
fruits of our products.
Claudio comes to us with more than thirteen years experience in
the tomato seed industry. He began his career with Sunseeds
Europe as their Sales Manager – EU, Middle East & Africa and
most recently was the Regional Sales Manager for Peotec Seeds, a
seeds company based in Italy.
Claudio holds a B.A. in Economics from the Universita Statale di
Messina, Italy and a Commercial English Business degree from
Edinburgh State University, Edinburgh, Scotland. He will
continue to reside in France. |
