Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) today announced that its Board
of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common
stock of 26.5 cents per share. The dividend relates to the
company's fourth quarter of its 2009 fiscal year. The dividend
is payable on Oct. 30, 2009 to shareowners of record on Oct. 9,
2009.
