The molecular marker development
and analysis company
TraitGenetics has launched its new website on the occasion
of the Plant Genome XVII Conference and its workshop at the
conference. The website provides an overview about its current
marker portfolio in field and vegetable crops such as maize,
sugar beet, wheat, tomato, pepper and others. With a focus on
SNP and microsatellite markers, TraitGenetics has experience in
large scale marker development and provides services using a
large variety of molecular marker analysis techniques including
Illumina Golden Gate Assays, TaqMan, SNPlex and Pyrosequencing.
In addition to its marker development and analysis experience,
TraitGenetics offers further services such as marker development
for specific candidate genes, marker-assisted selection and
backcrossing as well as other related fields.
