At the general meeting of
shareholders of Takii & Co.,
Ltd. held today, Mr. Osamu Sugimura, General Manager of the
International Sales and Marketing Department, was appointed and
approved to be a Director of the company.
As a director of Takii & Co., Ltd., Mr. Sugimura remains
responsible for the company's international sales and marketing
activities worldwise. He will continue to report to Kazuo
Hatsuda, Executive Director in charge of International Sales &
Marketing, Production, Logistics, Accounting and Information
Systems Department.
Mr. Sugimura joined Takii in 1978 and has 31 years of experience
in sales, marketing and product development in the international
arena, including his assignment at American Takii, Inc. from
1986 to 1997. With his knowledge and experience, he will make
even greater contributions to the company as a member of the
board of directors. |
