In its meeting of November 2,
last, the Supervisory Board of Nunza BV has decided on the
succession of the Chairman of the Management Board of Nunza in
the middle of 2001, as well as an extension of the Board per
January 1, next.
The succession of Mr. Ir. Henk
Lange as Chairman of the Management Board upon his retirement on
June 30, 2001, will be provided by the appointment of Mr. Ir.
Lykele van der Broek, who at present holds the position of
managing Director Asia Pacific and Business Strategy in the
Management Board. Until his employment by Nunza on February 1,
1999, Mr. Van der Broek held several positions with, among
others, the Royal VanderHave Group, later Advanta.
Furthermore, with effect from
January 1, 2001, Mr. Douwe Zijp will join the Management Board
and assume the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Zijp is
Nunza's Group Controller since January 1, 1998, the date of his
start with Nunza. Before that date, he held several positions at
AgrEvo, a predecessor of Aventis CropScience.
Until Mr. Lange's retirement,
Nunza's Management Board will be composed of:
- Ir. Henk Lange, CEO and
Chairman of the Management Board
- Ing. Ko Remijnse, Managing
Director Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Pieter van Kesteren, Managing
Director Americas
- Ir. Lykele van der Broek,
Managing Director Asia Pacific and Business Strategy
- Dr. Ir. Orlando de Ponti,
Managing Director R&D
- Douwe Zijp, Chief Financial
Officer.
