DNAP Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: DNAP) announced today that it changed its corporate name to Bionova Holding Corporation.

The name change was approved at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders held yesterday.

The company also changed its trading symbol for its listing on the Nasdaq National Market. The new Nasdaq ticker symbol is “BNVA.”
