Keith Sandberg has accepted the position of Sales and Marketing Manager for Urbana Laboratories, effective October 30, 2000.

Keith comes to the position with more than 20 years of strong and diverse experience in sales and marketing management. Keith was most recently the National Sales Director for AgriBioTech in Henderson, NV. Previously, he was National Sales Manager for Cargill, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN and served as territory manager in Topeka, KS; Regional Manager in Lincoln, NE; and Brand Manager in Minneapolis for Cargill.

"Keith has tremendous experience within the seed industry and a strong background in sales management," said Greg Waibel, general manager of Urbana. "We are extremely happy to welcome Keith to Urbana and feel that his comprehension and knowledge of the industry will be advantageous to our sales force."

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, Keith will coordinate all sales, marketing and customer service efforts of Urbana sales reps. He will also be responsible for handling key accounts.
