We started with a team of experts to study the suitability of various hybrid seeds for different climates in Iran. We then complemented our study with an extensive test of the selected seeds at several test sites. These tests enabled us to pick the seed variety that resulted in the best yield.
Our goal from the beginning has been to provide the farmers with the seeds that enables them to produce a high quality produce and increases their crop yield at the same time.
In 2001, Middle East Aftab Seeds Company opened its second distribution regional office in the south of Iran in the city of Shiraz. This office started cooperation with the local producers to find the most suitable seeds for the regional production. In particular, the hybrid tomatoes and cucumbers that were selected and introduced were exceptionally recognized by the farmers and consumers as the best variety for the regional production. In a relatively short time, we were able to capture a large market share in hybrid seeds. Our distribution branches are well known for supplying the highest quality seeds at the best cost to the farmers. We are recognized by our customers as well as the seed suppliers as the company that they can relay year after year.
The seeds we supply are alive and flourish in the farmers hands.
