What do you
prize and enjoy most about a seedsman? |
 |
- I look forward to the day when my peer group and our
employees will refer to me as a seedsman! I am not yet a true
"seedsman" –it’s a goal I aspire to.
- The continual changes and challenges. Achieving what
someone said was difficult or impossible.
- The challenges which the changing business environment creates
- from family business to corporations, OP’s to hybrids,
consolidation of growers, new forms of distribution and most
importantly, the need to continue to learn and understand,
changing to meet these challenges.
