What do you prize and enjoy most about being a seedsman?
My friends. Many are 2nd, 3rd, or 4th generation seedsmen and they are spread around the world. Hosting exchange student seedsmen and entertaining visitors from other countries has given my children a priceless insight into other cultures. Working with public plant breeders is another golden opportunity. Our company has had great synergy with several of them, and their friendship is the best part.

Hearing a customer of 30 years say that they love our service is very nice. Seeing our proprietary products for sale around the world is deeply satisfying. These rewards are shared with the entire staff in newsletters and in meetings so that warehousemen and technicians realize that they are providing an important product. Which brings us to being able to work with our staff, which is very experienced and stable, and I enjoy that as well.
