What have you
learned in your years in the industry? |
 |
Nothing remains
constant. Accept and search out new and improved methods of
doing things. Continually question why you are doing something
the same way year after year.
For many years the seed industry developed product using
‘tried and true’ breeding methodologies, which one cannot
deny, worked. "The Green Revolution" is an example where
plateaus were reached and gains became smaller. It was and is
time for changes or, at least, time to try new things. It’s
time to put theory into practice and move forward. |
