What are the forces that are driving this demand for organic

vegetables, flowers, cerals, turf, forage, etc. |

I am convinced that the two main drivers of the organic
industry are:
-
the public's belief that organic production is beneficial
for the protection of the environment, and
-
the rapidly growing perception that eating
organic food is healthy and good for you.
The preservation of the quality of the water, the air and the soil for the future is also
very important in the movement. |
