Continuous Flow Removes Surface Moisture More Effectively
Oliver simply applied their patented air system, and reliable
eccentric system to manufacture an uncomplicated particle
dryer/cooler which is just right for coated or treated seeds or for
washed products where the moisture is applied during and must be
removed very quickly before it penetrates into the seed or product.
Continuous flow is quicker and more efficient.
Product is
dried/cooled as it continuously flows from one end of the vibrating
table to the other. High volume and low temperature air is blown
through the product as it travels across the table which removes
artificially introduced moisture quickly and efficiently.
This
gentle process makes for fast heat transfer and offers important
advantages over other methods of drying particles such as a
cumbersome and slow batch process.
