The sale of Yates Vegetable Seeds (YVS) distribution business to
South Pacific Seeds Pty Ltd (SPS) and the research and plant breeding business to Enza Zaden NL took place in September 2003.

YVS now trades as Terranova Seeds. Whilst Terranova is part of the SPS Group, it trades and operates as a completely separate and independent company.

Terranova Seeds is primarily a distribution company. Offices and warehouses are based in Sydney Australia and Auckland New Zealand. Terranova also services the Pacific Islands and Papua New Guinea.

We work closely with our suppliers from around the world and have a dedicated product development and sales team ensuring that our products are trialled and marketed in a professional manner across all our markets.
