Customer Service
Location: Woodland, California, USA
Job Summary:
This position provides administrative clerical support to the Marketing and Sales Teams and has direct interface between customers and operations to ensure excellent service and overall customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages customer bookings on regular basis ensuring adequate inventory and appropriate lead times.
- Responds to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner.
- Works closely with and assists regional managers and representatives to fulfill orders.
- Receives, reviews, and prepares electronic seed request orders for Marketing and Sales Teams.
- Provide weekly reports of bookings, sales, inventory, and account receivables.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations team to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to meet customer needs.
- Supports Sales and/or Operations Manager as requested.

- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills for interaction with customers.
- Practical organization skills with strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Ability to respond professionally to common inquiries.
- Willing to limitedly travel domestically.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ideal candidate will have Supply Chain management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Reads, writes, and speaks the English language fluently.
- Ability to speak and write Spanish a plus.
