Rijk Zwaan Turkey (in Antalya) is responsible for research and development and will soon become responsible for marketing & sales of seeds in the Turkish market as well. RZ  Turkey will be led by a team of managing directors: a director responsible for the research and development, one responsible for marketing & sales and one for finance, IT and HR. Rijk Zwaan has a vacancy for a Financial Director for RZ Turkey.

You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all financial and administrative issues. You prepare financial reports, budgets and financial forecasts. You analyze business performance and give insight in actual results. HR activities, like payroll administration and reviewing HR procedures are part of your responsibility. Legal activities, like reviewing contracts and obtaining permits, and  ICT are also part of the job as well as negotiations and agreements with suppliers. Every year you will make a five year development plan, including sales targets, investments and cost development, together with your colleagues for R&D and for finance.
 
Required are a Master’s degree in Finance & Administration as well as relevant experience in a comparable job. Strategic thinking is an important criterion for this job. You should be capable to lead an accounting team. You are a good communicator and, because of the international environment, you must be fluent in written and spoken English. Military service should be completed (if applicable) and travelling abroad from time to time should not be a problem. You live in Antalya or are willing to move to Antalya.
